I'm Ghazal, an HR and People professional based in Munich. I work at the intersection of employer branding, talent acquisition, and DEI, which to me is really just one question: what makes a company a place people actually want to be part of? I have a Master's in Consumer Science from TU München and a background in psychology, and I think that combination shows up in how I work. I like the data, but I'm always asking what's behind it.

Over the past few years I've worked across HealthTech, satellite technology, and industrial companies, doing everything from end-to-end recruitment and EVP development to engagement surveys and workforce analytics reports that ended up on leadership's desk. I've seen what makes people stay, what makes them quietly disengage, and what makes a company genuinely worth joining. That perspective shapes everything I do.

What drives me is making organisations more honest about who they are and more intentional about who they're building space for. I also happen to be a visual thinker, you'll find some of my artwork here too, which means I pay attention to how things are communicated, not just what's being said.
